MIS METODOS SON PRACTICOS Y UTILIZANDO COMPUTADORA CON CONECCION A INTERNET ASI COMO LA APLICACION DE PROGRAMAS PARA SU APLICACION. TALES COMO:
• OPUS: Aplicaciones en la Elaboración de presupuestos constructivos, análisis de matrices, programas de obra, reportes de material y mano de obra, explosión de insumos, comparativas costo-tiempo, presupuestos globales e individuales así como análisis de financiamiento y control de ejecuciones en obras de construcción.
• AUTOCAD: Diseño de Planos; Proyecto ejecutivo y formatos para permisos de obra.
• AUTODESK CIVIL 3D: Ingeniería; Urbanismo; tridimensional, volumetrías, costos y georreferenciaciones. Aplicada en: Superficies, alineaciones y perfiles, -Emplazamientos y parcelas, -Obras lineales, -Perfiles y visualizaciones de los perfiles, -Explanaciones, -importación y exportación de LandXML, -Redes y Estructura.
• ARCHICAD: Diseño tridimensional, foto realismo, recorrido virtual. Volumetrías y especificación.
• CORELPHOTO-PAINT: Manipulación fotográfica, para logotipos, publicidad y/o presentaciones.
• ARTLANTIS STUDIO Y LUMION: Representación foto realismo para decoración de interiores y proyectos arquitectónicos.
• AUTO CAD MAP 3D: Georreferenciacion, planos, ESRI Shapefile, SIG, VML.
• Microsoft Office: En la elaboración de reportes, estadísticas y memorias descriptivas.
• PRESENTACIONES: Desde diapositivas, hasta videos formateados en DVD ambientados, animados y musicalizados; videos, fotos o planos para exposiciones y audiovisuales,
• INFORMATICA: Generación de información, investigación y videos. Para la generación publica en sitios de internet y subir videos para publicidad en páginas web como youtube.
