Sobre Anastasia
Originally I am from Russia, but I like to consider myself a citizen of the world. For many years I have been traveling the world and learning mindful living from Masters of different countries. In India, I studied Yoga Therapy and Yoga Philosophy (3 month course). Another yoga teacher training course I did in Nepal (200 hours of hatha yoga). I also studied mindfulness in everyday life at Kopan Buddhist Monastery, Nepal. During my travels, I visited satsangs (classes) of great spiritual teachers like Mooji and the Dalai Lama.
My teaching experience is more than 6 years. I have given yoga classes in Russia, India, Nepal and Indonesia. Recently, I also started teaching in Mexico.

I follow the classical Indian school of yoga, which means that my yoga is not only a physical exercise, but a whole philosophy of happy and contented life. My students learn to understand themselves, their psychological and spiritual state through work with the body, breath and consciousness. Meditation is an essential part of every class.
