Doctor Maria Aparicio is a great professor and a passionate instructor. I had an excellent experience in our course. It lasted 40 hours and when I started I could barely speak Spanish and now I am almost at an intermediate level. I watch movies in Spanish and I can follow them. Great courses, as always! Maria has taught me to talk in Spanish since the very first class. She designs exercises that help target my weaknesses that is not easy to do for someone who has an advanced level. It is obvious that she spends a lot of time preparing for our class and has a lot of experience in teaching. She understands why I don’t get certain grammatical points. I have improved so much that I can participate in a conversation with several people speaking at the same time. I’ve taken several courses with Maria for about 10 months and it is definitely worth the price. I am currently taking a course to reduce my accent. I highly recommend Maria.

Maria is no doubt the best English and Spanish teacher I have ever had. It sounds funny but I hired her to teach me both languages, as she is bilingual.

It seems as though she anticipates my every need, and helps me with challenges that are a stretch for other teachers, such as pronunciation and advanced grammar. She teaches from the perspective of every student's unique needs, and for that reason alone, I think it is great value for money to take classes with her, even though there are cheaper classes to be found elsewhere.

She is a doctor in Spanish and has been teaching English at the university for so many years that you can tell she is a profesional.

Very helpful! I am speaking better now & Maria helps me with corrections when necessary, & her exercises are really helping me deal with the more complicated aspects of grammar, sometimes topics I fell behind on in group classes. Doctor Aparicio is amazing!!! Very inspiring and funny! Loved her lectures and would take another Spanish course with her.
