Sobre Ana
I’m a Mexican Spanish teacher with over four years of experience teaching students from different countries, ages, and levels.
My passion for languages started long before I began teaching. I’ve always been fascinated by the way language connects people to culture, travel, and new ways of thinking. That curiosity eventually led me to start teaching Spanish, and today it’s what I enjoy the most.
Over the years, I’ve worked with beginners who are starting from zero, travelers who want to feel comfortable speaking Spanish abroad, and students who already know the basics but want to finally speak more naturally.
Because I also love learning languages myself, I understand what it feels like to struggle to express a simple idea or to feel frustrated when something in grammar doesn’t make sense. That perspective influences the way I teach: I try to make Spanish clear, practical, and connected to real communication.
Outside of teaching, I love traveling, discovering new cultures, listening to music (especially singing in the car), watching early 2000s movies, writing in notebooks, and taking photos.
For me, language learning isn’t just about grammar — it’s about opening the door to new experiences and conversations.

What my classes are like
Many people studying Spanish feel stuck.
You learn vocabulary, you understand some grammar, maybe you’ve used apps or taken classes before… but when it’s time to actually speak, your mind goes blank. Or you translate everything in your head and the conversation becomes stressful.
That’s the problem I focus on in my classes.
I help you understand how Spanish actually works in real conversations, so you can stop guessing and start expressing what you want to say with confidence.
In our lessons, we focus on three things:
• Clarity – I explain grammar in a simple and practical way so you understand why Spanish works the way it does.
• Real communication – We practice with situations you will actually face: conversations, travel, daily life, and natural expressions.
• Confidence – My goal is that you leave every class feeling more comfortable speaking Spanish, not more confused.
I’ve worked with students of different levels and ages, and one thing I hear very often is:
"This finally makes sense."
