Sobre Alonso
I'm a Psychology student with experience on teaching ranging from literacy projects and peer tutoring, to private classes and work experience at a language school as an english and spanish teacher. I have a passion for teaching and as pedagogue Paulo Freire says, I believe that when teaching, knowledge is created for both the teacher and the student.

The main approach to the classes is to understand mathematics and/or physics as tools to understand our world, in this sense, the priority becomes to makes these areas of knowledge less alien to the student and allowing them to generate their own knowledge in their specific context by mastering these tools. My approach to teaching is based on a combination of the pedagogical ideas of Paulo Freire and the International Baccalaureate method. This means that the classes are as personalized as possible in order to meet the specific needs of the student and their context, while also having rigor. My method is best adapted for adults, high school and middle school student, however it can be adapted for children.
