This class, perfect for every woman, incorporates elements of strengthening and body-sculpting training. The exercises are designed to both reduce body fat and beautifully sculpt individual muscle groups. Therefore, it combines full-body exercises with a focus on key areas for women – the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks – resulting in a slimmer figure, beautifully defined muscles, and the disappearance of cellulite.
The classes are highly varied – they utilize both bodyweight and equipment such as bands or dumbbells. Combined into a series of exercises, they significantly improve strength, muscle flexibility, and shape a feminine physique.
